Brookfield Shops at Progress Park

2027 Vendor Application

The Brookfield Shops at Progress Park is a retail incubator program that features six (6) retail vendors. The program's purpose is to provide a low-risk, high-support environment for small businesses and emerging brands. The Village of Brookfield is committed to fostering local entrepreneurship and revitalizing the local community.

This application is open to:

Startups who want to try out a concept
Online or home-based businesses who want to test out brick and mortar retail
Existing businesses in other communities who are considering a secondary location and want to test the Brookfield market.

Understanding Requirements

The following questions address requirements for the vendors to participate in the Brookfield Shops.

I understand that my shop needs to be open during the required hours (May 1, 2027 - December 31, 2027 | Fri, 11 am - 5 pm | Sat, 10 am - 5 pm | Sun, 11 am - 4pm). Excessive tardiness or early closures terminates the contract.

Vendors must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the Brookfield Shops program.

Vendors are expected to attend informational meetings with the Brookfield Shops committee leading up to and during the season I agree to attend the mandatory meetings between January 2027 - December 2027 if I am chosen to be a vendor.
