Ready to turn your passion into a business? The Brookfield Shops at Progress Park is an innovative retail incubator designed specifically for local artisans and entrepreneurs like you. We're committed to helping small businesses launch and grow within a supportive and collaborative community.

Inspired by successful programs in neighboring communities, the Brookfield Shops offer a unique opportunity to test the market without the commitment of a full-scale storefront. From May through December, you can operate a 12' x 15' mini storefront every weekend and immerse yourself in a dynamic and educational environment.
With guidance and resources from the Village of Brookfield, local partners and business leaders, you'll gain access to hands-on mentorship and engaging workshops to help your business grow. It's the perfect way to foster creativity, connect with other talented entrepreneurs, and strengthen the Brookfield economy together.

You'll get real-world experience running your own storefront, from daily operations to all the nitty-gritty details. It's a supportive environment where you can test your business model, build a customer base, and finetune your business plan!
After you successfully complete the program, you'll graduate and receive a stipend to help you open a permanent brick-and-mortar location in Brookfield!

The Brookfield Shops at Progress Park is a supportive and encouraging environment where your business and YOU can truly flourish. Our goal is to help you succeed, and that includes making sure everything is clear and organized from the start.
To ensure a smooth and successful experience for everyone, we ask that you review the license agreement. This agreement outlines all the details, from your responsibilities as a vendor to the support we provide. Taking a moment to read it over will help you feel confident and prepared as you get ready to open your shop!
