About the event
Engage in impromptu one-on-one conversations in this casual event inspired by StoryCorps’ One Small Step initiative which brings people together to talk across differences. Researchers from Yale have underscored the impact of the One Small Step experience among communities who adopt it. Convincingly, their studies show that towns with exposure to One Small Step, whether someone participates in a conversation or not, shift behavior by normalizing cross-partisan conversation and providing hope for a better future.
