Is there a story behind your name?

The story behind the name The Shop Salon Style House is deeply rooted in family and history. We inherited the building when it was originally a beauty salon, and within our family it was always simply referred to as "the shop." That word became part of our everyday language-more than a place, it was a shared reference point, a constant.

When we decided to build our business, keeping the name felt natural. The Shop Salon Style House honors both the building's original purpose and the family legacy tied to it. What began as a familiar family word evolved into a business built with intention, creativity, and continuity. The name reflects where we came from and the foundation on which we continue to grow.

The business is owned by two Kellys-a mother-in-law and daughter-in-law team proving that family (and matching names) make a pretty great partnership!
